We welcome club members, their families, and visitors from the public to our monthly meetings. Meetings include an opportunity drawing, refreshments, and a guest speaker or club activity. The evening is always interesting and informative.
The Palomar Gem and Mineral Club meets on the third Wednesday of each month, with the exception of August, at the Redwood Terrace. Meetings are from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
We have a club workshop that operates on a regular schedule. Members are welcome to work on projects at their own pace in an open shop session, or enroll in a class and learn under the supervision of experienced lapidary artists. In order to provide fair use of shop equipment, we require everyone who uses our shop to be a member of the Palomar Gem and Mineral Club.
Members of the Palomar Gem and Mineral Club receive the current edition of "The Palomar Gem", published monthly, except August. "The Palomar Gem" is the source for PGMC club news, event information, articles, and commentary.
